Lawn & Tree/Shrub programs are based on an every 6 weeks schedule.
Lawn includes: Fertilizer, Insecticides, Broadleaf weed, Sedge & disease control.
Tree/Shrub includes: Fertilizer, Insecticides & disease control.
Bed weed control is extra... but not much!
Crabgrass: upon initial inspection and walk-through with homeowner, treatment will be determined and estimated on an individual basis at that time.
Full maintainance packages available: mowing, Tree/shrub pruning, mulching
sodding, plugging, landscape design and installation and onsite management services.
(Full Maintainance packages not available in Lake county , only Lawn spraying)
Policy: If we service you earlier than 6 weeks without your permission it's FREE.
Fire Ants: They are spot treated for you on each visit to keep them minimized at no extra charge as part of your service, but because of their aggressive nature in some lawns that's not enough. We spoke of Top Choice on our Home Page, this is a separate treatment, but it works! Once this treatment is administered, you have a "ONE YEAR GUARANTEE" from not only Florida Turf Solutions, but also the Bayer company.
Irrigation Repair: We do not add a service charge to your bill just to pull up our truck. All estimates are FREE.
Additional Services: Aeration, Citrus Treatments, Plugging, Gutter cleanout (seasonal)
